HOW TO EDIT PHOTOS FOR YOUR BLOG

How to edit photos for your blog and Instagram | The Alma Chronicle

Quality photos are a necessity for every blogger. It’s said in the blogosphere that your website is only as good as the quality of your photos; and as such, they shouldn’t be taken for granted.

From your website to Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter, your photos are what’ll drive engagement with & to your brand.

The problem is, a lot of people equate getting an amazing photo with the number of hours spent behind learning and figuring out some of the almighty famous Photoshop tools. Well, it doesn’t.

Frankly speaking, between trying to figure out if I was born in the wrong era or thoroughly enjoying being a millennial, I neither have the time nor patience to spend sitting in front a computer editing photos when I can multi-task on the go.

Today, I’ll be sharing a video on how to edit two types of photos that are popular amongst content creators, especially in the Fashion & Lifestyle industry. A flat lay & an outfit photo.

I’ll take you through the easy steps and apps I personally use to enhance my photos. I’ll also be showing how to schedule Instagram photos to plan and build a consistent & more aesthetically pleasing feed.

I decided to make this post a video because I felt it’ll be easier to follow along, so I’ll appreciate some feedback & your thoughts! Do you think I should include video content into the blog?

To catch up on the series, here are Part 1 & Part 2.

You’re welcome! I wanted to share on the apps I used the most, and I also wanted to keep the video short and easy. But don’t worry, your request has been noted and I’ll look into it. Thank you for stopping by!
