SUMMER PATTERNS | THE ALMA CHRONICLE

SUMMER PATTERNS

Summer Patterns | The Alma Chronicle

As one determined to go through life based on a rather interesting mood board, created in my non-existent spare time, off my favorite books and movies; and featuring cliché but dreamy spots, I might have fallen a little too hard for the location of this shoot.

As you might have noticed from my recent blog and Instagram photos, I’ve been infusing colors and patterns into my summer wardrobe. Be it via bright clothing like this yellow dress or cute accessories like this pair of glasses, I’m changing it up while maintaining my core style.

This pair of pants intended to be worn as bikini cover-up, was a gift from Whitney Black following my last trip to Nigeria. I wanted to style a look that was airy and flowy with a little structure, hence the knot tied in front of the shirt. Also served as a way to break up the prints and patterns going on in the outfit for a less busy look (pro tip).
